The school conducts one emergency evacuation and one lockdown drill every
               term.  Additionally,  for  students  coming  to  school  by  bus,  an  emergency  bus
               evacuation is carried out once every year. This is to ensure students are familiar with
               the emergency bus procedures and the action required by them in any unforeseen
               circumstance.
               A detailed set of procedures (SOP) for emergency evacuation and lockdown is
               available in the Parent Handbook.
            i)  Use of Student Images and Work

               The school may, at its discretion, use photographs, films, or any other work of
               students in school or during school activities, events, and trips.
            j)  Lost and Found Items
                All student belongings must be clearly labelled with full name and class to support
               personal responsibility and identification.
               Lost items are categorised as follows:
                l Everyday Items (e.g., water bottles, lunch boxes, stationery, books, shoes,
                   clothes):These are stored in a designated area on the ground floor. Students
                   may check this area for their belongings. Items unclaimed after 30 days will be
                   donated to partner NGOs.
                l  Valuable  Items  (e.g.,  calculators,  wallets,  jewellery,  watches,  pen  drives):
                   A list of recovered valuable items is displayed on the TV screens at the reception
                   and canteen. Students can claim these from the security cabin at the main gate
                   after completing the required form. Please note, if the item is not claimed
                   within 30 days, the item will be donated to an NGO.
               Students who find valuables are expected to hand them over at the security cabin.
            k)  Student ID Card
               All students are issued a multi-purpose, smart Photo Identity Card, which must be
               worn at all times on campus.
               l YELLOW cards: For students using school bus transportation.
               l LIGHT GREEN cards: For students using private transportation.
               l Cards also indicate lunch and transport entitlements.
               l A pick up authorisation is optional for classes 8 to 12.

               (i)  Lost Student ID Card
               If a student loses their ID card, the following procedure must be followed:
               •  Apply for a replacement on the School Parent Portal with a payment of Rs. 1,000/-.
               •  The student can collect a temporary ID card from the security cabin after
                   applying.
