Ÿ Parents are discouraged from taking students out of school during regular
                   school days.
Ÿ Students are not permitted to leave school premises during school hours
without prior permission from the Section Head or school office. Leave may
only be granted for passport/driving license appointments, family, or medical
                   emergencies.
Ÿ Personal trips, excursions, or holidays are not allowed during school days. The
school reserves the right to deny permission for leave that interferes with
                   academic obligations or school events.
Ÿ Students must be present in school on the last day before and the first day
after vacations (Spring, Summer, Diwali, and Christmas). In the event of illness
on these days, a written communication to the Head and Programme
                   Coordinator's office is required.

Ÿ Students are not permitted to stay home during revision periods for
                   examination preparation.
Ÿ Parents must not send students to school who are unwell or not fully recovered.
In cases of infectious illness, a medical clearance certificate is mandatory
                   for re-entry.
Ÿ The school reserves the right to inform universities of a student's attendance
record, behaviour, and academic work habits.
Ÿ Repeated absence may lead to detention or suspension, at the discretion of
                   the Head.
Ÿ The school may not reschedule assessments for students absent without
approved leave. All such absences are recorded in the student's file.
Ÿ Approved leave may be granted for participation in competitive
examinations, prestigious events, or award ceremonies on a case-by-
                   case basis with prior intimation.
