Ÿ Behaviour documented and placed in permanent file

               Ÿ Apology/confession written by student (where appropriate)

               Ÿ Consequences may include:
                  ¡ Referral to school counsellor or care team
                  ¡ Restriction to school activities, trips and event

                  ¡ Possible Suspension which may lead to expulsion
             Level 4: Zero Tolerance
            Examples include (but not limited to):

               Ÿ Repeated serious misbehaviour
               Ÿ Bringing alcohol, drugs, or weapons to school

               Ÿ Sexual harassment or assault

               Ÿ Any act that severely violates school values or endangers safety
            Response:

               Ÿ Immediate suspension
               Ÿ Leadership investigation

               Ÿ Meeting with Dean & CEO

               Ÿ All of these may lead to possible expulsion
            The conduct policy at DAIS is based on mutual trust and a shared belief in student
            growth. We expect students, parents, and teachers to work together to uphold these
            standards. When students make mistakes, we guide them to reflect, repair, and re-
            engage—because we believe that discipline, done right, is an opportunity for learning
            and maturity.
