PARENTS AS PARTNERS PARENT CONFERENCES

3-Way Conference at NMAJS is an opportunity for parents, teachers, and students to come together to reflect on
PARENT WORKSHOPS progress, celebrate achievements, and set meaningful goals. Student-Led Conferences empower learners to take
ownership of their growth by reflecting on their progress, setting goals, and sharing their learning journey
         with their parents.
As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering a supportive and informed school community, we hosted a series of
thoughtfully curated workshops for parents, tailored to different age groups across all sections of the school. These
sessions were designed to address key aspects of emotional and cognitive development, ensuring relevance and
impact at each developmental stage. Topics included Wellbeing of Parents and Students, Expectations and Pressure,
and Nurturing Curiosity, Self Esteem and Body Image Gender sensitivity and sexuality education. These workshops
not only equipped parents with evidence-based tools and perspectives, but also fostered a space for shared dialogue,
 reflection, and stronger school-home partnerships.

                          READING TOGETHER, GROWING TOGETHER

Parents and grandparents shared their love for books in multiple languages in our Parent Reading Program. These
engaging moments sparked a love for reading, built meaningful connections, and celebrated the
        beauty of language.

 SCHOOL TOURS

Parents got a glimpse into classroom learning through the Learning Walks – PTA EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
LEARNING WALKS centred around different aspects of the currriculum. Parents stepped into
students' shoes to experience what learning looks, feels and sounds like at
NMAJS. They were equipped with strategies to support their students at home.
