A COLD BITING
 4 B    WINTER NIGHT

        It  was  a  frosty  winter  night  when  a
        little  9-year-old  girl  stirred  in  her

                                                                           PANIC AT THE PEAK
                                                                           With trembling hands and watering eyes,
                                                                           I stared down in horror at the icy peak of
                                                                           the  slope  into  the  anonymous  mist.  I
                                                                           could  feel  my  heart  furiously  beating  in
                                                                           my chest as a bead of sweat ran down my
                                                                           forehead. As a strong gale swirled around

                                                                           slope.  Now  I  was  filled  with  regret  and

                                                                           “Come on, let's ski down,” called my dad in
