At NMAJS and DAIS, the well-being of every child is central to our vision. Our Student Care Department, comprising counsellors,
learning support specialists, and occupational therapists, provides personalised academic and emotional support to ensure every
DEAN & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER student feels safe and empowered. This year, we introduced a Sensory Room to support students' sensory and self-regulation needs
and hosted a series of engaging parent workshops on topics like student well-being, self-esteem, and navigating academic pressure.
This year, we introduced several enhancements to elevate students' everyday experience. A pop-up café and a touchscreen
vending machine that have been installed in the cafeteria are offering healthy snacks and drinks. Gender-neutral uniforms
designed using sustainable fabric reflect the vibrant identity of NMAJS and DAIS. The new air-conditioned buses that we have
rolled out this year are providing a more comfortable commute for our students.
Students across DAIS and NMAJS engaged in impactful Round Square initiatives – Postcards, Conferences, Earth Week, and
the Sustainable Innovation Challenge – promoting leadership, sustainability, and global citizenship. Student-led committees
spanned all divisions, mentoring younger peers and leading service projects. DAIS was recognised by CIE as an 'Outstanding
Sustainable School 2025', and we look forward to hosting the EKTA Conference on conflict resolution and peacebuilding.
This year's sports programme celebrated record-breaking participation and received national and international accolades.
With active parental involvement, stellar student performances, and future-focused plans to strengthen coaching and
formalise parent interest groups, our sporting culture continues to thrive with excellence.
Students made history on the global stage of robotics. Out of 15,000 teams worldwide, two from DAIS – Team Matrix and Team
Eureka – reached the finals of the prestigious FTC Robotics World Championship, setting an international record. Team Matrix
emerged as World Champions - the first ever from India, and Team Eureka as runners-up and division champions. Team
Elev8 won two regionals and the Engineering Inspiration Award at the FRC Championship, while our students also excelled at
the World Robot Olympiad. What began as a small robotics programme in 2018 has now placed India firmly on the global
STEM map – redefining excellence through innovation, leadership, and impact.
Three DAIS Grade 11 students earned top honours at the Regeneron ISEF 2025 in Columbus, Ohio. Keyaan Shah won a Third
Grand Award in Behavioural and Social Sciences and a Special Award – the only one from India. Anshul Bhatt received a
Second Grand Award in Animal Sciences, while Abhimanyu Singh earned a Fourth Grand Award in Earth Sciences. DAIS
accounted for half of Team India's Grand Awards; this is truly an exceptional achievement.
Our MUN programme continues to nurture confident, globally minded student delegates. DAIMUN 2024 marked its 20th
edition with 9 committees, 19 schools, and 500+ delegates, fostering dialogue, diplomacy, and critical thinking. DAIS students
excelled at THIMUN Hague, THIMUN Singapore, and RIMUN in Rome, with eight seniors chairing international committees. As
a THIMUN-affiliated platform, DAIMUN remains a benchmark for excellence in student-led diplomacy, leadership, and
        internationalism.
Mr. Abhimanyu Basu The Alumni Impact Program at DAIS blossomed into a dynamic platform for connection, mentorship, and inspiration. Through
newsletters, the Diaspora series, and on-campus talks, alumni shared powerful journeys across industries. Signature initiatives
like Next Step Prep, the College Buddy System, and the Career Discovery Fair provided students with personalised guidance
and real-world exposure. These initiatives continue to nurture a vibrant, values-driven global community, affirming that the
