Student Initiative

The E K T A Round Square Conference is the result of a year-long student initiative, planned and executed entirely by students of Grades 8 and 9. From the very beginning, they took charge of everything—from designing the theme and itinerary to curating workshops and coordinating with delegates. What makes E K T A stand out is that it is not just hosted by a school, but built meticulously by young leaders who balanced their academics while shaping an international platform for dialogue and collaboration.

This fully student-led approach shows how capable and visionary teenagers can be when trusted with responsibility. Every detail reflects their creativity, teamwork, and dedication, turning the idea of “Together We Rise, Together We Thrive” into a lived experience. E K T A is not only a conference but also a testament to the power of youth initiative and the impact of thoughtful, determined planning.
