It brings me great joy to share this edition of The opening of NMAJS and NMAJS-EYC has
FOUNDER & CHAIRPERSON’S MESSAGE Insignia, a celebration of the year gone by – of
our children's growth, their journeys of discovery,
and the many moments that have shaped our
school community with heart and hope.
This year's theme, ‘The Power of Compassionate
Communities’, holds a deep resonance for all of
us. At its core, it reflects what we strive for every
single day at DAIS and NMAJS: to create an
environment where every child feels seen,
supported, and celebrated.
I have always believed that a happy school is
built not only with bricks and books – but with
trust, warmth, and partnership. When schools
and families come together with a shared
purpose, our children blossom. They feel
secure. They feel understood. And that feeling
becomes the foundation for confidence,
curiosity, and joy.
At DAIS and now at our new campuses –
NMAJS and NMAJS Early Years – we are deeply
committed to nurturing the whole child. We
want our students to excel in academics, but
also to develop the emotional resilience, social
awareness, and ethical compass they will need

new campuses carry forward our commitment
to future-ready learning anchored in timeless
values. My heartfelt congratulations to my
daughter and our Vice-Chairperson, Isha
Ambani Piramal, for her vision and dedication
in bringing them to life.
None of this would be possible without the
extraordinary commitment and contribution
of our heads, teachers, administrators, and staff.
I am also deeply grateful for the incredible
partnership we share with our parent community.
Your faith in us, your involvement through the
year, and your belief in our vision give us the
strength to do better every day. Together, we
are raising not just accomplished learners, but
resilient, grounded, and joyful human beings.
As you turn the pages of Insignia, I hope you
feel immense pride – not just in the
