Amartya Raje of IBDP Y12 selected for the Mumbai U19 Team for the Cooch Behar Trophy!
Amartya Raje of IBDP Year 12 has been selected to represent Mumbai in the prestigious Cooch Behar Trophy — India’s premier four-day national-level tournament for U19 cricketers, organized by the BCCI.
After being named among the Mumbai U19 probables in July, he trained rigorously at the MCA camp and showcased exceptional skill in the KC Mahindra Trophy, the key selection tournament for the Mumbai team.
With an impressive 15 wickets in just 5 innings, an economy rate of 2.00, and an average of 12.33, Amartya stood out as one of the most promising bowlers in the tournament. His standout spell in the finals — 5 overs, 4 maidens, 3 runs, 3 wickets — was a true display of control, consistency, and composure under pressure.

DAIS Under-16 Cricket team
At the MI Junior Under-16 Cricket Tournament, our team won their first match by 5 wickets, playing against Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel School, Kandivali. Amartya Raje was declared the Man of the Match. He scored 40 runs and took 2 wickets.
DAIS Under-17 Cricket team

Amartya Raje performance in ELF Dilip Vengsarkar Trophy
Amartya Raje, of class 9B represented the Shivai Cricket Club in the prestigious ELF Dilip Vengsarkar Trophy. Shivai won the trophy, in which Amartya had an all-round performance - contributing valuable runs with the bat and taking key wickets with the ball. He took 7 wickets in 3 matches, including a match-winning performance in the finals. His performance in the finals was commendable as he took 3 wickets for 38 runs.
