Shruti Swamy of IBDP Year 11 Wins Silver at IRIS National Fair 2025–26

Shruti Swamy of IBDP Grade 11 has been awarded a Silver Medal at the Initiative for Research and Innovation in STEM (IRIS) National Fair 2025–26.

 

Her research project, titled “Microfluidic Sweat Sensor for Fatigue and Hydration Monitoring in Swimmers”, was presented in the Biochemistry category. The project reflects strong scientific inquiry, innovation, and real-world applicability in sports health and performance monitoring.

 

In recognition of her exceptional research merit, IRIS has formally recommended Shruti for the prestigious Research Science Institute (RSI) 2026, acknowledging her research promise at an international level.
