Primary General Knowledge Quiz

The month of August is one of knowledge and learning, as the primary school conducts its intense General Knowledge Quiz. This is an annual feature and it enables the participants to think critically, research and apply what they learn. It is a singular competition which focuses on learning and gathering of knowledge.

The GK Quiz helps to keep the students abreast with knowledge pertaining to people, places, things and events around us – of the past and the present and if possible, of the future.

The well-prepared participants and the eager audience was taken on an adventurous trip to the world of wonders, eminent personalities, monuments, geographical magic, historical imprints, science, sports and current events.

The Quiz finalists were selected after an initial preliminary round and 4 participants from each house made it to the finals. After a keenly contested bout of rounds, the Jaguar House emerged the winners. They were followed by the Lion House and in third place was the Tiger House.

There was much whispering among the audience members, who were waiting patiently for their turn to answer.
