Golden Glory on the International Stage!


Rhythm Mamania of Class 9 D has brought great honour to India, DAIS, and her family by winning a Gold in the Solo Free Dance category at the 20th Asian Roller Skating Championship held in Jecheon, South Korea.

 

A seven-time national champion, Rhythm has consistently showcased her remarkable talent, and this victory marks yet another milestone in her sporting journey. Earlier this year, she also claimed a Gold in the same category at the Taiwan Artistic Roller Skating Open, further cementing her position as one of Asia’s most promising young roller skaters.

 

Now, with her sights set on the Pacific Cup in the coming months, Rhythm continues to inspire with her dedication, artistry, and unwavering pursuit of excellence.

 

 


Krishiv Gupta of G11 Shines in the Ironman 5150 Triathlon


Krishiv Gupta of IBDP Year 11 at DAIS participated in the prestigious Ironman 5150 Triathlon in Bohol, Philippines.

 

The event featured over 1,000 participants and challenged athletes with three consecutive disciplines:

 

  1. 1.5 km open water swim
  2. 40 km cycling
  3. 10 km run

 

 

Despite being his first international triathlon, Krishiv delivered an outstanding performance and finished among the top 10 in his age group.

 

 

 


Skating Star: Rhythm Represents India


Rhythm Mamania of Class 8B won the 1st place at the Asian Selection Trials and she has qualified to represent India at the 20th Asian Roller-skating Championship 2025 to be held in Jecheon, South Korea.

Rhythm Mamania of DAIS IGCSE Grade 8 : First Indian Gold Medalist in Taiwan Artistic Rollerskating Open 2025


Rhythm Mamania of DAIS IGCSE Grade 8 has made India and our school incredibly proud by securing the 1st position in the Cadet Solo Dance category at the prestigious Taiwan Artistic Rollerskating Open 2025. In a groundbreaking achievement, Rhythm has become the FIRST INDIAN to win a GOLD medal in the Solo Free Dance Cadet Female category, accomplishing this with a record margin score. This international competition, held in Hsinchu from March 24th to 30th, featured participants from eight countries, including India, Italy, South Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, and Singapore. Rhythm's exceptional performance has set a new milestone in Indian artistic rollerskating.
