Organicakely


Michelle and I worked as a pair in baking brownies for the Kick for A Cause event last Saturday. I had researched healthy vegan gluten free brownie recipes and we made trial batches of the three recipes we narrowed down. In total, we made 70 brownies. The recipe we used contained oat flour, brown sugar, Greek yoghurt and coconut oil. It was difficult to bake so many brownies. We had to pack and wrap the brownies as well. It was a fun experience because I don't bake much, let alone bake healthy. I improved my skills in baking and this is a recipe I will continue to use afterwards as well. I had to collaborate with Michelle to ensure I correctly used all the right ingredients. I'm now motivated to try new recipes in my free time.
