Krishiv Bhatia of IBDP G12 Achieves Dual International Success in Mathematics

Krishiv Bhatia of DAIS IBDP Year 12 has delivered an outstanding performance on the global mathematics stage, earning recognition across two prestigious international competitions.

Krishiv secured the Gold Award in the Thailand International Mathematical Olympiad (TIMO) Heats Round 2025–26, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving ability and mathematical reasoning.

In addition, he was awarded a Bronze Medal in British Mathematical Olympiad (BMO) Round 1, along with a Distinction and ‘Best in Year’ Award, a recognition reserved for top-performing students in their academic cohort. This remarkable achievement has qualified Krishiv for BMO Round 2, one of the most challenging pre-university mathematics competitions.
