Junior DAIMUN 2026
The Junior DAIMUN 2026 conference showcased two engaging days of Grade 7 delegates in action, beginning with a well-organized lobbying session on Friday, 27th March. Students enthusiastically participated in discussions, alliance-building, and draft resolution writing, laying a strong foundation while developing essential MUN skills such as negotiation, collaboration, and an understanding of foreign policy. The Chairs conducted proceedings with professionalism and clarity, supported efficiently by the Head of Admin and Head of Press. On Saturday, 28th March, committees including DISEC, SOCHUM, COPUOS, and SDC witnessed structured debates and thoughtful deliberation. One resolution each was passed in DISEC and COPUOS, while both resolutions were successfully adopted in SOCHUM and SDC, with SDC achieving unanimous support. Overall, the conference proved to be a highly enriching experience, fostering confidence, critical thinking, and global awareness among young delegates, and setting a strong benchmark for future editions.
