Jaisal Shah Excels at the International Youth Math Challenge 2025

Jaisal Shah of DAIS IGCSE Class 10 B has been awarded the Silver Honour at the Finals of the International Youth Math Challenge (IYMC) 2025, conducted by Germany.

 

 

The IYMC is a globally recognised competition that witnessed participation from over 36,000 students worldwide, with only 9,800 advancing to the Pre-Final round. From this highly competitive pool, approximately 1,200 finalists qualified for the Final Round.

 

Jaisal’s outstanding performance, with a score of 27 out of 30, places him among the top 3% of participants globally, securing an impressive 2nd place in the world. His achievement further earned him a position within the top 30% of finalists, culminating in the prestigious Silver Honour.
