Hridank Garodia of IBDP Year 12 Wins Gold at IRIS National Fair 2025–26



Hridank Garodia of IBDP Year 12 has been awarded a Gold Medal at the Initiative for Research and Innovation in STEM (IRIS) National Fair 2025–26 at the Dr Ambedkar International Centre, powered by Zydus Lifesciences Ltd.

 

His project, titled “Investigating the Effect of Prokaryotic Translation Initiation Factor Overexpression on Escherichia coli Growth Under Thermal Stress”, was presented in the Cellular and Molecular Biology category.

 

This recognition reflects exceptional scientific rigor, depth of inquiry, and research excellence.

 

By virtue of securing Gold, Hridank has also received a formal recommendation to the prestigious Research Science Institute (RSI) 2026, recognising his outstanding scientific promise at an international level.
