DAIS -3 Team Secures 3rd Place at OIS Inter Varsity Debate League

Jaisal Shah and Aahana Bothra, both from IGCSE Grade 9 B, and Saketaram Manikantan of Grade 7 MYP representing DAIS achieved an impressive 3rd place in the highly competitive Open Category at the OIS Inter Varsity Debate League, held at the OIS JVLR campus in Mumbai. Notably, 'DAIS -3' was the youngest team to participate in the Open Category, demonstrating their exceptional talent and maturity by winning 6 out of 7 rounds.

 

 

Adding to their accolades, individual team members also received prestigious Best Speaker Awards: Saketaram Manikantan secured the 1st place Best Speaker Award, Aahana Bothra earned the 2nd place, and Jaisal Shah was recognized with the 4th place Overall Speaker Award.

 

 

Furthermore, Sudarshan Manikantan of Grade 9 ICSE contributed to the event as one of the esteemed judges at the Debate League, showcasing the strong debating culture within our school.
