Akaash Das of IBDP Y11 Wins Silver at the HIR Academic Writing Contest

His essay explores how air pollution in megacities reveals deeper inequalities in urban life. It examines how, when governments fail to collectively reduce pollution, protection increasingly shifts toward private solutions—making access to clean air dependent on income.
