Admissions for Academic Year 2027-28

Class VIII (IGCSE)The student must have successfully completed Class VII and should have been promoted to Class VIII from a recognised school before joining Dhirubhai Ambani International School.
Class XI (IBDP)The student must have successfully completed Class X from a recognised secondary education board before joining Dhirubhai Ambani International School.

Please read the instructions carefully before completing the online 'Application for Admission' form.
  • Please complete the online 'Application for Admission' form using the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
  • You can also download the ‘DAIS Admission’ mobile app from the Play Store (for Android Phones) and App Store (for iPhones).
  • Your registered email ID on the Admission portal serves as your Login ID. Please use this Login ID to complete the online 'Application for Admission' form.
  • If applying to both DAIS and NMAJS, please sign up using the same email ID and mobile number at the time of registration on both the DAIS Online Admission Portal and the NMAJS Online Admission Portal.
  • Please note that the password should consist of at least 8 characters with a combination of at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. Once registered, you may log in using either your password or OTP.
  • Please ensure that the student’s email ID and mobile number are entered in the ‘Student Information’ section so that the student also receives communications from the School relating to the admission process.
User Registration
  • Your registered email ID on the Admission portal is your ‘Login ID’
  • While registering the mobile number, select the country code from the drop-down and then enter the mobile number.
  • All communications from the School concerning admissions will be sent to the registered 'Mobile Number' and 'Email ID' used at the time of submitting the online 'Application for Admission' form.
  • All emails from the School will be sent from onlineadmissions@dais.edu.in or admissions@dais.edu.in
  • All text messages from the School will be sent via SMS from 'DAISAD' and via WhatsApp from ‘DAIS Admissions’
  • If you do not see emails from DAIS in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. If you find emails from DAIS in your junk or spam folder, select the email and click 'Not Junk' or 'Not Spam.' This action will help ensure that future emails are delivered directly to your inbox.
Eligibility
  • Ensure that you have checked the eligibility criteria for the class you are applying to and that your child meets the eligibility criteria before completing the online 'Application for Admission' form.
Names of the Student and Parents
  • Ensure that the names of the student and parents entered on the online 'Application for Admission' form match the names mentioned in the student’s birth certificate.
  • If the student does not have a 'Middle Name’, the field may be left blank.
Photograph
  • The student’s photograph should be a recent passport-sized colour image (Size: 5.5 cm x 4.5 cm) with a white, red, or blue background.
  • The photograph should show the full face in a front view, with eyes open. The head should be in the centre of the frame.
  • The file size should not exceed 10 MB. Only PNG, JPG, JPEG, TIF, or TIFF format files can be uploaded.
Documents to be uploaded
Class VIII (IGCSE)
  • Self-attested copy of the child's birth certificate.
  • Self-attested copies of school reports of the last three academic years and the current academic year (AY 2026-27).
  • Personal Statement in a maximum of 500 words (to be written by the student and uploaded)
    • "Write briefly about your areas of interest and achievements, and state how studying at DAIS would help you achieve your goals and aspirations."
  • Self-attested documents of academic, co-curricular, and sports achievements, if any, may be uploaded on the ‘Additional Information’ page under the relevant section.
Class XI (IBDP)
  • Self-attested copy of the child's birth certificate.
  • Self-attested copies of school reports of the last three academic years and the current academic year (AY 2026-27).
  • Personal Statement in a maximum of 500 words (to be written by the student and uploaded)
    • "Provide an overview of your interests in academics and co-curricular activities as well as your achievements, and state how studying at DAIS would help you achieve your goals and aspirations while contributing to school life and the broader community"
  • Self-attested copy of certificate/report card/document evidencing successful completion of Class X.
  • Self-attested documents of academic, co-curricular, and sports achievements, if any, may be uploaded on the ‘Additional Information’ page under the relevant section.
File Size of Documents
  • Make sure that the size of each file to be uploaded does not exceed 10 MB.
  • Documents should be uploaded ONLY in PDF, JPG, JPEG, TIF, or TIFF formats.
  • Every page of the document must be self-attested by any one parent or guardian.
  • Word (DOC) files can be uploaded to the 'Additional Information' page of the Class VIII (IGCSE) and Class XI (IBDP) 'Application for Admission' forms.
  • Multiple files (up to 10 files), each not exceeding 10 MB, may be uploaded under each upload option.
Registration Charges
  • A non-refundable ‘Registration Charge’ of ₹8000 is payable online for the submission of the 'Application for Admission' form. Additionally, convenience charges, as applicable, will be charged by the Payment Gateway based on the selected mode of payment.
  • Parents/guardian should immediately inform the DAIS Admissions Office if any error/time-out occurs while making the online payment of ‘Registration Charge’, so that further guidance can be provided.
Parents'/Guardian's Declaration
  • Make sure you read and understand the ‘Parents'/Guardian's Declaration' and tick the checkbox to accept the same before submitting the 'Application for Admission' form.
Parents'/Guardian's Signature
  • Parents/Guardian are not required to e-sign the 'Application for Admission' form. Ticking the checkbox in the Parents'/Guardian’s Declaration section shall be sufficient at the time of online submission of the 'Application for Admission' form.
  • Signatures of parents/guardian will be taken at a later stage.
Printing the 'Application for Admission' Form
  • Select ‘Printing Options’ in the ‘Print’ dialogue window.
  • Set Layout to 'Portrait'
  • Set Paper Size to 'A4'
  • Set Margins to 'None'
  • Click 'Print' to save or print the ‘Application for Admission’ form

Academic Calendar

At Dhirubhai Ambani International School, Classes VIII to X (IGCSE) and Classes XI & XII (IBDP) follow an academic calendar of August to June.

The summer vacation will be from the third week of June to the second week of August. The whole school will have a 10-day (approx.) Diwali vacation and a fortnight (approx.) Christmas vacation.

The Academic Year 2027-28 will commence as mentioned below:
